This is our new website. We envision this site to have research links, videos, pictures and personal experiences with light energy. We ask for your patience as we set things up and invite you to come back often for ever expanding possibilities. We invite team members to submit articles to add to the site and invite all of you to use this as a resource to spread the light!
In Yoga we have a salutation that we say at the end of class, namaste. When used in this way, this Indian greeting of hello and goodbye, becomes much deeper and can be translated as, “the light in me sees the light in you. I bow to the light in me, I bow to the light in you. When we are both in the place of light, we are one.” Namaste
